Montgomery County Fish and Game Club, Inc. is limited to 250 members. The annual membership includes the member and household (spouse and children under age 18) for the period of 1 January through 31 December each year.
Members are provided the combination to the gate lock and shall not provide it to non-members. The gate must always be closed and locked after entering and exiting the property.
Ranges may be used between 8:00 a.m. till sunset in accordance with range rules provided to members. Occasionally ranges will be closed for maintenance or special events as noted on the Club calendar.
Membership must be renewed annually with payment received no later than 31 January; otherwise, the membership slot will be available for new member applications. In accordance with the Club Board vote on 10/12/2021, the annual membership price is $100 or $50 for a disabled member (must be declared disabled through the Social Security Administration or other recognized government organization).
NEW MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS
New membership applications are accepted at the clubhouse starting at 10 a.m. on the first Saturday in February. There is no waiting list for membership, so applicants are considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
The number of openings will vary each year and is dependent on the number of members not renewing membership. New membership applicants must be present at the clubhouse to complete the application form, provide payment, and attend the range safety orientation.
