Membership applications are accepted at the annual sign-up day, which is the first Saturday in February. New members must be present to complete the application form, pay the membership fee, review range rules, and attend the range safety orientations. There is no waiting list for membership as new members are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis on sign-up day.
Club membership is limited to 350 members and is currently at maximum capacity. The number of openings each year will vary as current members do not renew membership. Early arrival on sign-up day is strongly encouraged due to the limited openings.
The annual membership includes the member and family (children under age 18) for the period of 1 January through 31 December each year. Members are provided the combination to the gate lock and shall not provide it to non-members. The gate must always be locked when exiting the property if last one out (i.e., gate may be left open while on the range or others are still on the range).
Ranges may be used between 8:00 a.m. till dark in accordance with range rules provided to members. Occasionally the ranges will be closed for maintenance or special events as noted on the Club calendar, which also lists events that are open to the public.
Membership must be renewed annually with payment received before the due date; otherwise, the membership slot will be available for new applications. In accordance with the Club Board vote on 10/12/2021, the annual membership price is $100 or $50 for a disabled member (must be declared disabled through the Social Security Administration or other recognized government organization).
