This class prepares you to apply for Kentucky’s CCDW license and is conducted by a current Deputy Sheriff responsible for department weapons training and former military weapons instructor. 100% of his students complete the class successfully. Training includes weapons safety, current gun laws, grips and stances, marksmanship, accessories, cleaning your weapon, and more. Students will shoot a torso target 11/20 times at 7 yards and correctly answer 70% of a multiple-choice test. You do not have to qualify on the weapon you intend to carry.
MCFGC does not conduct these classes, but is happy to host them in our Clubhouse.
